If the items are in stock, they are normally shipped within 1-2 business days.
We ship with GLS, and once your order has been dispatched you will receive a tracking number to track your order.
Large pieces of furniture are shipped with DSV.
TO THE EU
Shipping rates for EU countries are 20 €.
Shipping rates for large pieces of furniture are 50 €.
We ship to all countries within the EU. However, please note that we only ship to the mainland.
We Are Bitte ApS is not responsible for any extra taxes or fees that may apply once the package arrives in the destination country.
TO THE REST OF THE WORLD
Unfortunately, we do not yet ship outside the EU.
You can return any item (except for items on sale) within 14 days from receiving the order at your own expense. The return shipping cost must be paid by you and is not covered by We Are Bitte. Remember to always get a receipt for the shipment.
The request for cancellation must be notified to us no later than 14 after the delivery and be with us no later than 14 days after we are informed of your use of the right of cancellation/withdrawal.
If you wish to make use of your right to withdraw the purchase, you must send us an e-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org. In your message, clearly make us aware, that you want to use your right of withdrawal.
FROM THE EU
When returning an item, you must pay for the shipping costs yourself.
Please follow these steps:
- Make sure, your returning item meets the return criteria stated below.
- Fill out the return slip. If you have not received the return slip, please contact our customer service at email@example.com.
- Pack your item with the return slip and the receipt of purchase.

Please note, that if you are shipping an item valued more than DKK 500, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
When returning a product, you hold the responsibility that the package and the items are in proper condition and in the original packaging.
The products must be unused and in the same condition that you received them in. Also, it must be in the original packaging or with the original tags still attached. Please note, that if these criteria are not obtained, unfortunately, the product is considered used and of decreased value. This means, that when the purchase is cancelled, you will receive a minor portion or none of the purchase amount refunded. It is up to We Are Bitte to evaluate the item's condition.
WARRANTY AND DAMAGED ITEMS
There is a 2-year warranty on products according to the Danish Sales Law. The warranty applies to all errors in software, material, and fabrication.
At We Are Bitte we always strive to ensure that all products are in perfect condition. But if there is still something wrong with the product you have received, please report to We Are Bitte at as soon as possible after the goods have been received. Please take a picture of the damage and send it along with an explanation of the problem to us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
In the case of a damaged item, you can either have the faulty product replaced or refunded.
We will refund reasonable shipping costs associated with complaints.
The complaint waives right to warranty if the items are handled improperly or unusually.
Please note, that you should always contact us at email@example.com prior to returning a damaged item.
Warranty complaints will not be accepted if they are sent by the cash-on-delivery system.
We do our very best to pack your orders correctly, but if your delivery is not identical to your order, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible and no later than 14 days upon receiving your order.
In the case of a wrong delivery, you can either have the wrong product replaced or refunded.
When returning the item, please enclose the return form along with the receipt of purchase.
We will pay the shipping costs associated with the wrong delivery.
